Burn, Sweat and Gears
Yesterday was a interval training day. Knowing my recovery week is just around the corner, I thought of starting it earlier :) It wouldn't hurt nothing except my progress and I've worked hard to get here. So I clipped in and jumped on the trainer and started my workout. What a workout, my legs were burning with the max effort and targeted cadence. Now its easy spinning after Sunday's fun ride for the final week of January :) Pollo
