Good day to all
Hey there friends! Well I've been super busy at work and have been coming out pretty late daily. So I just started my workout yesterday, and what a workout indeed. Rode the trainer with the block for more resistance and did my intervals. I took a good persuasion just to get back on the bike after a NICE recovery week. Afterwards it felt awesome :) Glad to be back on again. Have a great day. Pollo
