Power Challenge 2010

So my buddy and I have a challenge going on. He is working with a Physical trainer to increase leg power while I continue my workouts for bike specific power. We will continue this for 30 days and I will report the outcome. I had a great workout tonight. I"m working on developing my VO2 system and improving my anaerobic power.

I'll log my workouts for the entire month and post them afterwards.
